Emergency Arrangements
If the Alraedah Crowdfunding Platform is unable to operate or ceases its activities, the following emergency arrangements will be implemented to protect the interests and investments of users:
1. Notification
Users will be immediately notified of the platform’s inability to operate or suspension of activities via email and SMS within 24 hours of the interruption. These notifications will include relevant details and instructions regarding the measures taken.

These channels will be available to provide necessary support and address any user concerns during this period.
3. Fund Management
In the event of suspension, ongoing crowdfunding opportunities will be put on hold. No new investment contributions will be accepted. The platform will refund all funds collected during the ongoing crowdfunding opportunities to participating users, unless the funds have already been allocated to the intended opportunity. All affected users will be informed of fund allocation decisions.
4. Data Management
User data will be securely archived to protect their privacy and comply with personal data protection laws and regulations. No data will be transferred to third parties without user consent, and it will be securely retained in line with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Ongoing Investment Projects
If the platform permanently ceases operations, ongoing investment projects at the time of closure will continue until the relevant project contract expires. These investment projects will be monitored and supported until completion, with regular updates provided to users regarding the status of their investments and all related information.
6. User Support
During any transitional period, the platform will provide continuous support through the dedicated phone number and email address mentioned above. Users may contact these channels for any questions or concerns, and the support team will be available to provide immediate assistance.
7. Additional Provisions
The platform reserves the right to amend these emergency arrangements from time to time in line with internal company needs, policy changes, regulatory modifications, or new requirements. Such amendments will apply to platform users without the need for prior user approval. The company will notify users of any amendments through the contact details registered with the platform.
8. Interpretation
The interpretation of the terms and expressions used in these arrangements shall be in accordance with the agreement signed between the user and the company.
