Credit Rating at Alraedah

Every SME undergoes a comprehensive and rigorous credit assessment before its financing opportunity is listed on Alraedah Invest. This process relies on data collected from trusted providers, including licensed credit bureaus and the Ministry of Commerce, ensuring transparency and accuracy in every evaluation.

Credit Rating Standards

Each SME is assessed across several key dimensions:

Financial Position

Analysis of bank accounts, POS transactions, and financial statements to measure cash flow and overall stability.

Solvency of the SME and Its Owners

Evaluation of repayment capacity along with the financial standing of its owners.

Credit Record

Review of repayment history via licensed credit bureaus (e.g., SIMAH, Bayan).

Collateral and Guarantees

Assessment of guarantees such as promissory notes, personal guarantees, or pledged assets.

Market and Business Analysis

Examination of the sector, competition, and business model to determine sustainability and resilience.

Risk Ratings

Based on these standards, each SME is classified into one of three categories:

Low

High creditworthiness and strong ability to meet obligations.

Medium

Acceptable creditworthiness with some potential risk factors.

High

Lower creditworthiness with a higher likelihood of risk.
